As per NCCI edits effective 04/01/14, you need to add modifier 25 to the consult or E/M code, when billing with procedure 95004 allergy testing. These claims are still being denied as included in another service. Would it be advisable to add the modifier 59 to the 95004 allergy testing? Will this flag us to be audited? At my wits end. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
