Urologist did not perform Circumcision on newborn due to respiratory problem. Can anyone give their opinion on how to code the diagnoses for the Consultation? I'm coming up with V65.40 (counseling, NOS), V64.1 (no procedure/contraindication), and 770.9 (Newborn Respiratory Condition NOS) but I'm very unsure. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
