If the OBGYN is called in to outpt setting at hospital for a consult on a patient do we use a consult CPT or E&M? Thanks

It's Indiana Medicaid and I can't find their policy on the internet. I know that Medicare doesn't recognize consult codes but not sure about Medicaid. Thanks for your input.
