By any definition consults are provider services not facility services since consults are about physician/specialist expertise. Also as you know Mediare doesnt recognize physician consults let alone whatever the facility side of a consult would be. But there should certainly be number of other facility charges in the case of a missed abortion.

I agree with Jim. I have never seen anyone charge the facility side for a consult.
