Wiki Contract coding in the EMR

I have some questions on liability and risks when you have a contract coder updating codes in the EMR. Would like to know if you currently do this what you have in your contracts to protect you.

Also if are a client who does have someone "not ee" updating in your EMR. Can you send me a DM?
