Can anyone tell me how long you can submit claims under a supervising physical therapist while waiting for credentialing to be completed? We are in AZ and some of us say after 1 year you can no longer bill under the supervising PT to AHCCCS while others say it is ok to submit under the supervising indefinitely until credentialing is complete. We want to do the right thing, but haven't been able to find it in writing anywhere.
