Can anyone tell me when you sign up a doctor for outsource medical billing, other than a contract and business associate agreement any other documents you need if any? Thank you all in advance.
You may need to check with your local state or county for a business license and a tax id number. Also, I would look into errors and omissions insurance. This will protect you from certain liabilities.
