AFTER COMPLETE AND CLOSURE THE WOUND IN A TOTAL TYROIDECTOMY . 6 HRS AFTER THE PATIENT STARTING BLEEDING AND NEED TO GET BACK O/R TO OPEN THE WOUND TO EXPLORATE AND CONTROL BLEEDING:confused:
