Physician removes a gastric fundus/cardiac polyp via cold forceps and places a resolution clip for good hemostatis due to lesion ease to bleed. Endo clip was successfully applied to the stomach fundus polyp for the purpose of hemostasis. Can I code the biopsy code along with the control hemostatis code? I entered all codes and scrubbed the claim with no issues noted. I appreciate any and all support! Thank you!
