Wiki Conversion factor for facility and non-facility

New to this - ENT practice. MD wants costs figured out for both facility and non-facility. How do I do this? My instructions were to multiply non-facility RVUs by $61 and facility RVUs by $105. Is this correct? Thanks so much

The Medicare Physician fee schedule will do this for you. It has conversion factors by state/region and contractor. Here's the link.

I always wondered how to get billed amounts. I used your formula and it is pretty close to what has been loaded into our system.
