My doctor did a conversion of previous Hip Surgery to Hemiarthroplasty, Removal of TFN. I am not sure which code to bill

The distal locking screw of the TFN was removed via small distal incision. Fracture was an incomplete fibrous union. Femoral Head was measured and the acetabulum was sized. Care was taken to remove any visible debris from the acetabulum. Only a small defect in the suprolateral aspect of acetabulum.
"Femoral Neck Osteotomy was fashioned from available bone stock. Femoral Broaching was Done. Appropriate Neck and Head Lengths were determined based on soft tissue tensioning and estimation of patient's leg lengths. A trial Reduction revealed excellent stability, etc.

Since the Dr didn't replace the acetabulum, just sized it, I am thinking Procedure code of 27138? Would this be correct.

Thanks,
Kathy
