I billed the above as 23472 and 20680. There are no CCI edits but Humana is denying. Is this a carrier issue? Do any of you bill 20680 with these?

Correction...Humana is denying 20680 but paying 23472.

ROH is not separately billed when it is done in order to perform the TSA.

Okay. I thought maybe since CCI didn't bundle that it would be billable. Thank you for your help.
