we just began doing cooled radiofrequency lesioning -

procedure is cooled radiofrequency lesioning of the hip under flouroscopic guidance

my questions is am I right in billing 64635 , 64640-59 times 3 this states sacroiliac which is the in the region or would I do lumbar 64635 , 64636 times 2
