Good Morning coding world,

Our practice allows our clinicians to bill for coordination and care. My concern is that clinicians are not describing the content of counseling or coordination care. They will put "prognosis, risks, benefits of treatment was discussed with the nurse". Do anyone of you guys agree with this method. If not could you share information to education my clinicians.
