I need help with a couple of Dx codes. The patient was diagnosed with "copper overload" due to an exposure to water with increased copper levels. The patient was also diagnosed with "periodic fever syndrome."

I wasn't able to find a code specifically for "copper overload," and a co-worker listed the Dx as 985.8 for toxic effect of metal (poisoning). Would this be correct?

The codes I found for "periodic fever syndrome" are 277.31 or the codes for PFAPA. PFAPA wasn't mentioned within the note though. Another co-worker used code 277.39 (amylodosis).
