pt.had this diagnosis, would you bill the cardiac cath. for congenital anomalies or just regular cath codes?
 
ok, I can understand why you wouldn't use the congenital cath codes (unless physician clearly documented congenital) for dx(s) of mvp and pfo-but would an anomalous coronary artery or bicuspid aortic valve occur later in life?
