My surgeon dissected a total of 3 cord lipomas during a bil hernia repair. Is the cord lipoma (55520) allowed to be billed in more than one unit?
 
I thought the cord lipoma excision was a seperate procedure and not billable with the hernia repair. ?? Curious to see what other responses will be.
