Patient had an arthroscopic core decompression of the numeral head for osteonecrosis. I think it is unlisted but what would you use for a comparable code?
 
Code unlisted with comparison to 23184, which is a craterization/saucerization for osteomyelitis code for the humerus. This is analogous to the same discussion in the hip.
