Wondering if any ASC is doing the procedure 0099T w/ L8610, we have an opthamologist who is wanting to do this procedure, in looking Medicare reimburse the proc, but L8610 is showing N1 indicator ( no pymt) . BCBCS is also reimbursing the proc, but L8610 MAY ALLOW a pymt Any input would be appreciated oops, almost forgot to add this particular physician is telling our administrator that our reimbursement will be $8,000.00 for the facility
