Wiki Corneal Wound Rpr with Iris Repositioning

Patient had a post cataract wound leak. Physician did an iris repositioning and a corneal wound repair. What code/s would be appropriate for this?? Is this just a wound dehiscense or something else?

You might also want to consider 996.53 since the physician repositioned the lens.
