sorry for all of the questions... But a patient had a cornual pregnancy with an open partial resection of the uterus as well as removal of the fallopian tube. The pregnancy was in the uterus but extended into the right tube. Would 59136 cover the removal of the fallopian tube as well? In the OBGYN coding companion it doesn't say anything about removal of tubes under 59136. How would you code this? Thanks in advance!
