Please help coding this:

Right common femoral artery: Mild luminal irregularities.
Coronary arteries: The left side of system was engaged by another doctor due to difficulty in engaging the coronary arteries. No significant obstructive CAD. Mild luminal irregularities.
Right coronary artery: Dominant vessel with mild luminal irregularities.
Aortic valve was crossed by another doctor. There appears to be moderate stenosis.

Thanks.
