Given our lack of response on the left side, we then pulled back to the right atrium. We positioned the Agilis into the coronary sinus and performed coronary sinus venography to assess for any CS diverticulum as an anatomic substrate for accessory pathway. We did not identify any obvious anatomic diverticulum. |
