Wiki Correct code for Pulmonary Tuberculosis, A15.0 or Z22.8?

I'm trying to code for Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Recurrent) and I'm torn between using A15.0 (Tuberculosis of lung) and Z22.8 (Carrier of other infectious diseases) OR do I use both? Thank you!

If the patient CURRENTLY has signs and/or symptoms of TB, then use the A15.0. If they do not, then use the Z22.8. The "Carrier of other infectious diseases" means that they have it in their a) system (blood, etc.) or b) have a personal or family history (hereditary) of it but are not showing signs and/or symptoms.
