Looking for an opinion for proper coding of calcanectomy with insertion of antibiotic beads and skin flaps for DM ulcer with osteomyelitis

Using 28118- but not sure if anything else can be used to describe the tendon repair with flap as 28118 does include the repair of the Achilles tendon.

"the portion of the posterosuperior aspect of the calcaneus was removed, which the Achilles tendon was attached to. Therefore used 2 soft tissue anchors drilled into the posterosuperior aspect of the remaining calcaneus and FiberWire used to tie Down the Achilles Tendon. Achilles Tendon was to shot therefore Application of Achilles Tendon Flap was completed."
