This is the scenario:
Ligation of the AV fistula of the right coronary artery, closure of the PFO and aortocoronary bypass graft x 1 with the right internal mammary to the RCA. This is not a service done by our physician so I am not sure how to code it. I have 37607 but I don't know what the rest is. Thank you for any input Nancy
