We have a patient whose grandparents came in to see her doctor as they were applying for guardianship and needed the paperwork filled out. He spent 30 minutes with them discussing her case and filling out papers. Not sure how to bill this as we do not do many medicare patients. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks
