FRONTAL RADIOGRAPH OF THE SPINE FOR SCOLIOSIS

FINDINGS: A mild rightward curvature of the thoracic spine, extending from T5-T12 with apex at T9-T10 is noted, measuring approximately 10 degrees. An additional milder leftward curvature of the lumbar spine is noted, extending from approximately T10-L3 with appex at L1-L2. this measures approximately 8 degrees. No vertebral body segmentation anomalies are seen. There is no significant tilt of the pelvis.

IMPRESSION: Mild S-shaped scoliosis as described.
