Can someone please tell me (for inpatient coding dx sequencing) if you would list abnormal labs/tests last after all other relative important diagnosis and/or if you would even list them if you have a definitive diagnosis as a result of those labs and tests (again for IP). I cannot find a good reference online to go by. Thank you.
