Wiki ? correct dx code - weight bearing

3 year old that is non-weight bearing

We did an x-ray of pelvis and hip.....normal.

? Dx code

I would assume patient came in with some type of complaint regarding pain in the hip/leg. I would use symptoms described since there was no definitive diag reached. Hope that helps! :d
