What is the correct HCPCS code to use for OB physical for the first through the third trimester

THis would be included in the global OB care, 59400 unless it was prior to initiating the prenatal record. If you only did the exam and care throught the 3rd trimester, bill 59425 or 59426 depending on the total number of visits.
