Hi everyone,

My surgeon performed a lymph node excision and excised two lymph nodes. Code 38500 states one or more, however the doctor performed the excision from two separate incisions, not the same incision and wants to bill for both. Can this be billed 38500, 38500-59 or is it multiple nodes irregardless of how many different sites?
