Wiki Cosc Exam

I am currently studying to take the COSC exam. The problems I am having with the practice test is, when two codes bundle some study questions will not let me append a modifier 59.
Also when we sit for the test how can we check for CCI edits?
As an ortho coder, we code active fracture care with the 7th character as an (A), if the patient is still in active treatment no matter how many times they come in. We only will append the (D) when the patient has healed.
Any thoughts on this? Looks like on the exam they want the D if the patieint is coming in for the second visit, even if they are having problems and obviosly are not healing.
Any help would be appreciated.

based on the information I got on the rationales when taking the practice test, they use A until the patient is actually healing. if the patient has any problem or loss of reduction they were using the A. Also, in my coding companion books there is a CCI edit section in the back of it to check for bundling.
