Patient have av block & cad. can I code 93458, 92928 with 33210 ?

No the 33210 bundles. I have in the past attempted to appeal because I felt like due to the patient's condition going from bad to worse, it was separate, but I have never been able to get it pay. CCI edits say that you can not override this edit. Hope this helps.

I'm interested in this....33210 is for insertion or replacement of temporary pacer cath or electrode. And the other codes are for stent/angio and ventriculography. Did the patient need the temp pacer because the av block was irritated or was it a planned procedure to prep for a permanent pacer? At some point I wrote a note in my cpt next to 33210 that says: Do not report with another code for total service. ie open heart surgery. Doesn't seem right to bundle the temp pacer with percutaneous heart cath.
Just puzzled about this.
