My doc would like to know if he can bill for medication management for a pt that he did not see face to face. He was covering for another doctor while she was out-the service he performed was coumadin management and only for a couple of days. 99363-99364 are definitely not applicable due to the inpatient status. Any advice? Thanks! :)
