Wiki Counseling for Pediatric Immunizations

I work at a small practice that does immunizations, we are going to be expanding those immunizations to include patients 2+. I need clarification for the counseling admin codes. Who can do the counseling for these codes to be billed? The description I have read says "other healthcare professional" Can someone advise me as to whether or not this would include RN and LPN? We do not bill office visits just administration/vaccine.

There was a good article on this in the recent July issue of "Cutting edge". I believe a RN or LPN can do the counseling on vaccines.
