Would you code 22600 * 1 and 22614 * 2 or 3 for a C3-C7 cervical fusion? I cannot remember this rule !! Please help, thank you.

3-4, 4-5, 5-6, 6-7 22600 , 22614*3=4 levels

OR

3-4 ,5-6, 6-7 22600 , 2614*2= 3 levels

I strongly feel that the second scenario is correct due to Motion segment rather than vertebrae.

This is a very late response but if you are still wondering, 22600 and 22614 x3 would be correct.
