I'm new to Mental Health services. Is there a CPT for couples therapy?
Visit with both partners in therapy session.
One partner is being seen for individual therapy with a separate provider.

90847 is family or couples therapy, with the primary (billed) patient present. If you ever see the family or couple without the primary (billed) patient present, it is 90846.
