Has anyone seen any guidance about diagnosis coding for a patient who was positive, but is being retested to assure they are now negative? I believe most protocols are requiring 2 negative tests in order for a prior positive patient to be considered non-infectious and it seems incorrect to continue to code those surveillance labs as though the patient has active COVID.
Thanks!
