Does anyone know what the CPT code is for COVID 19 rapid antigen lab that can be performed in the physician office?
I am stuck with use of 87426 or U0001.

We are also getting the Veritor BD antigen tests that use the cpt of 87426. I am having trouble locating an NDC number for it.

I think we should bill 87426 and G2023 and if an office visit or televisit took place, bill for that too. We cannot bill the 87426 and U0001 together? correct? it's one or the other?
