Wiki COVID-19 TESTING ON PATIENTS POSITIVE FOR ANTIBODIES

We have patients coming in that tested positive on the antibody test and are requesting to be tested for the virus itself. Most of these have absolutely no symptoms of the virus. I am confused on how to code for the test. Since they have no symptoms, should I use Z11.59 (no symptoms)? But since they tested positive for the antibodies, does that mean they have been exposed (Z038.18, possible exposure or Z208.28, suspected exposure)?
