If anyone has any info that would help.. I would greatly appreciate it..
A pt came to our office and tested positive for covid. After staying home for 2 weeks, their employer wants a medical leave form completed. Does anyone have the pt come back in so we can clear them for work and if so what diagnosis is used? Thanks!

The visit is still part of the course of treatment for the disease even if it is determined at the visit that the condition is now resolved, so I would still code the COVID-19 as the primary diagnosis.
