For ICD-10 coding for doctor's offices, encounters where a patient comes in, is not well, has recently been diagnosed with covid, do you still add the U07.1 dx code as part of the encounter if the symptoms arent the typical covid symptoms?

I don't know if this is correct, since I am still new to the field, but B94.8 is Sequalae of Covid, if indeed the patients symptoms are from having Covid. Or what about history of Covid, Z86.19?
