I am in the middle of an audit and reviewing accounts from across the U.S. What is the correct way to code Cerebral Palsy w/ spastic quadriplegia. I have seen 343.2 [Quadriplegia infantile cerebral plasy] and 343.9 [Cerebral Palsy] w/ 344.00 [Quadriplegia unspecified]. Any insight would be appreciated.
