Hi my name is Abigail Dorsey.
I have just recently passed the CPC exam. I am currently looking for a job or internship in medical coding or its equivalent.

I graduated on May 16, 2014 from Vance Granville Community College. I have an Associate?s Degree as a medical coding specialist. I have been certified by AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder- Apprentice (CPC-A). I shadowed a medical coding specialist in the summer of 2013.

I am skilled in verbal and written communication. I have working knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel and have some experience in Electronic Medical Records. I am very organized and detail oriented. I have a positive attitude, I am eager to do an excellent job, and I am a team player.
