As a newly certified coder, I am looking for an employer who will take a chance and hire me. I realize that I may not have "coding or medical office experience" but I have a wealth of customer service experience. I am very organized and detail oriented. I may not understand everything at first but I can learn. I proved that I can do this just by taking and passing my medical coding/ billing courses.
