I am changing careers and just completed my certification. I have my CPC-A, medical terminology, and basic anatomy through AAPC. I have the ICD-10-CM proficiency. I see a lot of postings but since I do not have healthcare office experience or on the job coding experience it seems like no one wants to give me a chance. I am a quick learner and hard worker. Anyone else have this issue? Any leads?
