CPC-A need coding experience
I live in Bend, Oregon. I just completed AAPC's online coding prep. course and passed the certification exam. I earned 95% on the course and scored 85% on the certification exam. I believe I am at entry level to begin coding for a clinic or other company. I am entitled to Trade Act Benefits that would include paying 50% of my salary during my training year. If anyone can point me in the right direction to get some coding experience, your suggestions are welcomed. I'm thinking also of relocating to Phoenix Arizona if you have any pointers there for some coding experience. Moving costs would be covered by Trade Act. Most of all, I'm looking forward to getting this new career started. I'm really going to enjoy the expansion opportunities available in the health information field. kimh@bendbroadband.com
