CPC-Cardiology Coder for Hospital

I have a question for coding of an upgrade from a DC pacer to a BiV pacer w/removal of the old device and a new LV lead inserted. The original RV & RA leads were used. I would code as a "new system" w/codes 33229 + 33225 or 33227 +33225?
