I am scheduled to take the CPC certification test November 22 and ordered the Coding Exam Review 2008 from the AAPC after completing their ISP course, in the book under course calendar after each lesson you are supposed to complete cases from The Extra Step: Physician-Based Coding Practice a book by Carol Buck this book is not offered on the AAPC's website and I could not locate a current edition anywhere does anyone know where I could find one? I even tried Border's Book store and they showed one about to be published in December I think. I don't understand why the AAPC would sell the Coding Exam Review and not also sell or included The Extra Step book.

Any help would be great! I just want to make sure I am as ready as I can be for this test!

they did have both books

I brought both books from AAPC. Maybe they sold out of the Extra step.
I would try ( buy.com) or perhaps go to carol buck.com they might have it.

Cpc Coding Exam Review 2009

Does anyone know if the 2008 and 2009 editions of the CPC Coding Exam Reviews by Carol Buck the same. I don't want to buy the 2009 edition if it is the same as the 2008. I thought I read somewhere they are the same.
